GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) contain the terms and conditions for using the webshop (hereinafter: webshop) operated by Chez Celine Jewellery webshop (hereinafter: Service Provider).
1. General provisions
1.1. Please use our services only if you agree with all of its points and consider them binding on you. This document will not be filed, it will be concluded exclusively in electronic form, it does not qualify as a written contract, and it does not refer to a code of conduct.
1.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC. The amendments will enter into force upon publication on the website.
1.3. By using the webshop or placing an order, the Customer accepts and acknowledges the provisions of these GTC as binding on him/her.

4. Range of products available for purchase
Fashion jewelry can be purchased in the web store. The images displayed for the products are illustrations, the actual appearance of the product may differ from the one shown in the image. The Service Provider does not sell precious metal jewelry.
5. Purchase process
5.1. The Customer can make purchases in the webshop without registering.
5.2. The Customer can place the product they wish to purchase in the basket by clicking on the "Add to basket" button. They can view and modify the contents of the basket by clicking on the "Cart" menu item.
5.3. Before finalizing the order, the Customer is obliged to check the order details, including the delivery and billing address, the products and their quantity.
5.4. After sending the order, the Service Provider sends an automatic confirmation e-mail to the Customer, which contains the details of the order.
5.5. The order is considered accepted if the Service Provider confirms the order in a separate e-mail.
6. Payment and delivery terms
6.1. The prices indicated in the webshop are in HUF and belong to the AAM category.
6.2. There is no shipping fee when ordering, in case of return, the buyer is obliged to pay the shipping fee.
6.3. Payment methods: bank card payment, cash on delivery, advance payment, google pay, apple pay.
6.4. Delivery methods: home delivery by gls courier service, order to a vagcs parcel point.
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1. The consumer is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.).
7.2. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by means of a clear statement sent to the Service Provider.
7.3. In the event of withdrawal, the Buyer is obliged to return the product immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of sending the statement of withdrawal.
8. Warranty, product warranty, guarantee
8.1. In the event of defective performance of the product, the webshop is liable for warranty and product warranty in accordance with the Civil Code and Decree 19/2014. (IV. 29.) NGM.
8.2. The products are covered by a 1-year warranty, in the event of intended use. In the event of damage or improper use, the warranty does not apply.
9. Complaint handling

10. Copyright
10.1. The entire webshop, its graphic elements, text and technical solutions, and the content on the website are protected by copyright.
11. Other provisions
11.1. These GTC are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
11.2. If a consumer dispute arises between the parties that cannot be settled amicably, the buyer may contact the consumer protection authority, court or conciliation body, based on the rules detailed below, or may also use the alternative dispute resolution platform of the European Union designated for this purpose.
