We offer a one-year warranty on all our jewelry, covering manufacturing defects. Within this period, we provide complimentary repairs to ensure your pieces stay perfect.

Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper storage, or natural wear and tear (such as surface scratches or fading of plating).

Delivery & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

  • Hungary: FREE delivery on all orders via GLS.
  • International: Flat rate of 4,990 HUF (around 13 EUR) via DHL.
  • Dispatch: We ship within 1-2 business days (for in-stock items).
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your jewelry is on its way.
  • Safe Arrival: All shipments are insured and carefully packaged.

Returns & Exchanges

  • 14-Day Return: You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and initiate a return.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, earrings can only be returned if the original hygiene seal or packaging remains unopened.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty). We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
  • Refunds: Once received, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
